Look at that Paul go. Always spending too much time on the details. Now where did I get that idea from, haha. Last weekend I was busy doing a thing so I guess I haven’t had a day to just sit down and draw for two weeks. Egads! Well hopefully things are back to normal … NO, things are back to even better! Yeah, that sounds great! Now to eat some lunch or is it breakfast myself.
(Ha, I noticed right after posting I forgot an important detail and had to re-upload it. Paul is right to be cautious and neurotic after all!)

Paul and his extremely flexible fingers are putting in way too many hours while missing out on important things like sleep, breakfast/lunch. Take care of yourself, Paul!
Etymology is your friend
Are you breaking fast? Then it’s breakfast.
I always found it weird that cents were called cents when cent means 100 (percent literally means “per hundred”). Given that 100 cents is a dollar it would make more sense that dollars would be called cents.
That final comment now has me curious as to what Bill’s actual job is.
I always figured he was in charge of security and Kyra’s personal protection; basically overseeing the military parts of this operation. I didn’t think he was in charge of the entire facility, including bossing around the white collared office workers and scientists. Though I suppose that comment could merely being implying that he’s hypercritical, not necessarily in charge.
Funny enough, there are some jokes about that in this chapter.
But otherwise yes, your questioning is correct XD
I think any person in charge will have a hard time not following whatever Bill instructs them to do, even when he does it in a lower position.
That time General Stoar was all “do this or I’ll tell the president on you” and Bill was all “lol no”
I realy hope for Pauls sake that the right side of documents on his desk is not all the reports he still has to write. I would dread just looking at it.
