Already off to a good start with Kyra causing trouble.
I like how the past few months I’ve been spending a lot of time trying to think up ways to increase the production of this comic. After all, it’s been three and a half years I’m starting the eighth chapter in this second grand arc. There’s a long way to go! But OOPS, instead these last two pages took way longer than normal! Hopefully the rest of the chapter isn’t overloaded with details as these are mostly establishing stuff. I’ll still have some extra time this one last special week to get some extra comics done, or some extra stuff. There’s some of that people are still asking for.
Also here’s a picture of Kyra holding balloons.

Well, that’s one way to enhance a picnic!
Love the casual entrance.
No-one else at the park noticed Kyra because she is green. Perfect camouflage.
Heh I bet they weren’t expecting Kyra to show up out of the blue.
I wonder how Kyra is out there now? Maybe her caretakers relented and let her have fun in the park?
I was hoping Kyra would show up! Now the fun can really begin. Love how she just strutted in there and so casually plopped herself down at the table . . . But uh-oh, look at Ty’s definitely not happy face (now we know where the baby gets his expressions from.) Kyra must’ve escaped (again) and sneaked off to join them. I’m sure that’ll be okay with everyone.
Suddenly Kyra!!
Also, you’ve been steadily doing 2-3 pages or more a week for, uh, quite a while now. I’m pretty sure you technically outpace some comics that have, like, a full team to work on them. Your output is more than fine, and well-appreciated.
…I wonder how many balloons it would take to let Kyra fly…
It’s more about getting through the story in a reasonable time. At the rate I’m going it’s going to take over ten more years to get to the end. I even have ideas for stories after that too. I guess I’m probably the most impatient to see more Kyra, heh
I like to think Charles saw Kyra running up through traffic, and so he was pointing at her the whole time while everyone else was distracted.
Starts pointing at you in the same way.
“Yeah this guy’s got it!”
Yay for Ty’s self awarenesss
But how can you say no to eyes like that?
The scene is so lovely and there are so many exciting things at the park! A place like this may not be the best place to keep things simple.
But it’s a nice try anyway.
