I’m using the “beginning of the year less hours at work” time of the year to get extra pages done I see. In fact, I do believe this story will be wrapping up next week! I wonder if there will be any sort of happy ending at all. 3/3

I mean, I could see the plan working, if the poison was subtler, and the cupcakes were good enough to win, so people would gradually get sick. And literally everyone ate the cupcakes regularly without getting suspicious….
Never mind. This plan was doomed to fail.
I was wondering if she was showing some omnivore capabilities in the previous chapters, but suddenly puking out all those cake samples verifies she’s indeed mostly a cannibal.

The word you are looking for is “carnivore”, not “cannibal”. It is physically impossible for Kyra to be a cannibal.
Oh wow, love it when the bad guy just spills out his entire evil plan. Especially when it’s such a dumb, far-fetched one. Uhm, Dad’s a little late to the party and doesn’t know about Kyra’s great detective work.
