Just kidding. This exposition dump was greatly appreciated.
Also, Bill feels more and more like he’s a transfer from the MIB to the SCP Foundation. The cynical, “Stupid Masses must be protected from themselves” attitude is an interesting perspective to approach Kyra from. Seems to have trust issues in general too.
I’ll be honest, I had already been thinking about making a stealth contribution to the SCP Foundation for Kyra (obviously being subtle about it so that people don’t connect the dots), but I got the feeling that any powerful lizard would be frowned upon since they already have a very powerful one of those (SCP-682).
Kyra’s intelligence and personality are her main draws, I think. If you focused on them and not her strength/toughness, it might go over better.
Be sure to have notes by a Dr. Eon in there.
Where is Paul during all this mayhem? Surely he would think that Kyra must be involved.
First panel makes me think Kyra had some help with her “escape the lab by mailing herself to Paul” plan.
Eon is clearly a criminal of the highest order and should be locked up for life, and probably executed. And Bill and Gus should face serious consequences for working for her, as should General Stoar.

This is looking a bit too coincidental
“Words words words words words.”
