Ohuhm and Errwell doing good work!
And I was right! They WERE going for a facepunch. Good grief. At least the reasoning makes enough sense, in as far as dumb kid motivations.
For a brief moment I thought to myself “man that’s a really dumb reason and way to get hurt by a dinosaur.” But then I remembered – teenagers. Some of them are like that.
Yeah, it’s not like they can really get hurt, they’re going to live forever!
…at least they’re honest.
Wow it was a deliberate punch to a teenage girl for dumb reasons by some dumb teens. But I did love how Kay buried her face in Kyra’s tail.
Kyra remained remarkably calm and non-deadly. The guys did their job well and the photographer was appropriately concerned about Kay. Great job by all of them!
No principal here, and they’re not old enough to be legally accountable. Why not do it?
Wow, in all the ways this could have ended realy badly. It ended up rather good. Just looking at the eyes of Kyra in the first panel. She was ready to act.
Ohuhm and Errwell did their job! You know, this is kind of unexpected to me. But it is a refreshing course of things. It also makes sense that Bill choose them after all.
“I am calm. That’s why it’s okay.” This shows so much awareness of Kyra. I do not know why I consider her to be any less observant, since she never gave me reason to doubt it. I am probably still stuck to the Kyra of 10 Years ago. Old Kyra has a better understanding of herself as part of this worls and that is realy nice to observe. ( Because Kyra would have acted if not for the guards)
The way this situation is deescalated is realy professional. A relief, realy.
Even the two teenagers understaand what Kay is doing with Kyra here. And them doing this for a bet is well in the realms of possiblity. Considering real teens also make stuff like the fire and tide pod challenge…
These ones seem smarter actualy. At least they know what they are doing is going to get them hurt.
And Kay cuddling with Kyra. Oh, who wouldn’t want to do that.
We did have 40 chapters of baby Kyra so only being on the 4th chapter of teenage Kyra is still something new!
