Oh good, I got two pages done this week. Not only is it the goal I shoot for every time, but we get a nice little hook to hold you over until next week. Oh next Monday when will you come? How many pages will you bring? Oh to not have work and other responsibilities. Like fruit picking. Tom Nook isn’t going to be paid if I don’t get all that fruit sold. Then put it in a bowl and see how impressed Kyra is. Oh yeah, I brought it back around to being relevant!

There’s something that’s been bugging me about this entire storyline … it seems like absolutely nobody wants them here, but SOMEONE must have made the decision to send them an invitation in the first place. Where is this mystery person? What is their angle?
I have been wondering the same. I doubt we will be left unknowing for all too long, though. It could be that ann had a say about it and thus got invited solely for that reason, but i think there is more to it and I am looking forward to meet this person.

Heh, I started to panic for a second but it’s not so bad. Back on page 1066 the front most snooty guy mentioned that the main gallerist (aka the person in charge of the whole show) is the one that invited Kyra. However it seems not even they know why. What a mysterious mystery indeed!
The obvious solution is to let her ride on your shoulders. That way she can calmly be tall.
Paul is so honest when he claims that Kyra is safe . . . enough. So far she has been very well behaved.
I forgive her jumping because the painting she and Ann did is way too high. How are people supposed to enjoy its “many colors and perfection” as much as Kyra does when they can’t see it? Speaking of which, we can’t see it either. Next week perhaps . . ?
Kyra in the last panel must have taken offense to it. Who can blame her for being proud of her art, though.
It is such a great pose so in her anger I can’t think of anything but adorable.
Also it feels like with every page we learn something new about Kyras personality. It is so refreshing to discover every new aspect, the good and the bad.
And consider me odd but the sir with the monocle. I like him, he is passive agressive but overall calm and seems to have less problems with Kyra than with Paul.

Naw, she was just over enunciating the word “perfection” to really hammer in that her and Ann’s drawing is the best one there.

At a normal one, yeah. But this is no ORDINARY gallery so the rules have to be even snootier.
