I just “got” that that guy has a double chin
It’s more effective when you have a big nose AND a big chin to look down on people with.

Ah I see! He actually has a pointy chin and two extremely prominent cheekbones. He’s pretty much the one I’ve been using for the silliest and most extreme expressions.
