Ah ha, so grumpy neighbor did think he was bopping Kyra. An obviously much bigger and fatter “Kyra,” but oh well . . details. They didn’t have their acts together so created a lot of confusion and pain for themselves. Serves them right.

The book of rightful revenge.
Seeing Kyra with that book, I was imagining her giving them a very toothy smile, then wordlessly hand them a HOA noise violation notice, or something along those lines. They can’t be making all this noise after 11pm after all. Combine their physical terror of a dinosaur with the psychological terror of legal repercussions for a one-two combo. The fear of both physical and social pains!
I imagine a dinosaur lawyer would be a very powerful combination.
That would be funny and quite fitting to be honest. Though you know for sure these are the “rules don’t apply to me” type of people. After all, they have an excuse! Doesn’t matter what it is as long as they have one.
