How interesting!  Next update won’t come soon enough for MORE pages.  Going to be off visiting some people this week so there’ll probably only be the normal two next Monday.  Might also be a little late, but we shall see!

Hmm? Oh, this week?  Almost a month’s worth of pages in one update?  Like I’ve been mentioning, I have the option for a lot of extra time away from my job this month.  Don’t worry, it’s a good thing (and is showing up in PLT currently.)  I spent the last week pretty much working on the comic exclusively.  So yes, five pages could be done a week if it was the main thing I did.  It was a ton of fun and one of the best weeks I’ve had in a very long time.  I guess that’s the kind of dream everybody wishes for – if their hobby could be what pays the bills.  Ah yes … Anyway, in the update two weeks from now I’ll decide if I want to go crazy again in the page making or do something different.  There’s some site stuff I need to do, side comic and drawing ideas, or just dream up new things.  I’ll guess we’ll see that too!

Ooohhh so Heather wants Kyra for herself because she believe she can do better job of taking care of her than the people that supposedly lucked out in having her in first place. Her professional/emotional breakdown is quite glorious to see here, awesome drawing as usual.

And totally glad that Kyra is finally speaking out, bit surprisingly to Joe since Heather and Cab disregarded their duties to be impartial. It nice to see that Kyra do enjoy getting to do what she want, but ooohhh boy that last question. Kyra did mentioned that she’s not quite as happy at that base from times to times. I think/hope that she have a very honest answer about how she feels staying at the base because… it really is no place for a teenage to grow up, even if there are good intentions in protecting her from public at large that’s overly zealous in admiring or hating her.

And I am kind of surprised that Bill didn’t loses his cool over Heather and Cab’s behaviors. I thought he would put either one of them in proper place at one point or another with his trademarked harsh words.

What a treat to have 5 whole new pages to read!

Finally someone sits down with Kyra and quietly asks her questions. Way to go, Joe!

But oh, that last question about being happy. Kyra hesitates for a long time while Paul and Gus’s smiles fade away. Evil Hannah smirks. Bill’s face, of course, never changes.

I wonder if Kyra is going to say something about how she was happier living in Paul’s apartment or something like that. She might say she appreciates the sentiment of everyone here, but it reminds her too much of how Eon “cared” for her and kept her locked up in the lab.

Off the wall plot twist guess. Heather is actually an android built by Eon to try and re-obtain Kyra. Probably a long shot, but still fun to think about.

Inaudible tap! Inaudible tap! This is not a drill!

(and wow Andrew thank you so much. You really got me through a horrible week, but don’t overexert yourself, we want you to stay healthy to do all the Kyra-ing you want!)

Amazing update. 5 pages! And quality all around.

I knew these two would get to talk at some point. And talking they do. Finaly the right ~~person~~ Dinosaur gets asked the questions that were hers to answer all along.

And contrary to miss “everything is a hazard when i say it” and vegetable man, Joel seems to genuinly care for Kyra!

This could become a turning point of a lot of things. Seeing the confidence of Bill,Gus and Paul disapear. ( Yes, even Bill, who is perfectly portrayed with only his eyebrows showing his emotion)
The point that probably stood out since the beginning of the timeskip that even though they do so much for her, Kyra is in fact not happy and thus realy uncomfortable in the end here. Showing so in both claws and tail, which is a nice detail btw., how she would probably want to say no or at least voice her unhappyness about her situation.

This could lead to her finaly getting a say in things or at least get her more rights to decide for herself.
I am so hopeful that this will be a wakeupcall for Kyras caretakers. Maybe Joel becomes a permanent part of the group to make sure Kyra is not overlooked in decisions, but then again this is something Paul should be up to as he is basicaly her parent and he does check all the boxes as a parent looking back to their interactions with onanother. But he seems to lack to actualy stand up for her being more happy, which this hopefuly makes him realise and change for the (even) better.

And yes, 5 pages a week are great!
Of course you are spoiling us here. Regarding the doing it as a permanent thing. Who knows, you might be able to one day. That of course would mean that you have to finaly set up some form of way for us to donate money to you, which for some reason never happened. *stare*

PS: Sorry for the broken english!
