Ah, a “normal” update for a not so normal inspection done by not so normal people for a … normal dinosaur?  I guess we don’t know as she’s the only one.  Huh.  I guess that’s a pickle jar of intrigue the fans can wonder about themselves.  Sounds fun!  Perhaps not as much fun as making the comic, which I certainly have been having a ton of this month.  It’s joyous to be able to take my time for once.  No panic “I’ve got to at least get the text done after work but before I have to go to bed oh I hope I have time for the sketching tomorrow” moments which is nice.  I’m not sure how the rest of this month will turn out, but I’m very grateful and overjoyed at how much joy a giant update brought everyone last week!

Huh so they passed, colored me surprised. Kyra’s answers to his questions are pretty much what I expected, taking care of her with everything she wanted, except for happiness. It seems that Joe understood that the facility is up to standard and with her revealing her unhappiness, the people working there can have opportunities to make further adjustments, given her history with Paul, Ty, Gus, and scientists.

Can’t wait to see Bill kick Heather’s ass out of there LOL

First of ,why is that person holding Kyras tail? ( getting caught in small details)
Seconds:
This women seems to believe she is a hero in her story, saving Kyra by all means, even if those means are evil by nature. Too bad Kyra does not need saving, for she is more than capable of doing that herself. ( most of the time)

The title of the ark was what it was about after all. Kyras needs are well met, at least for her survival. It also unvealed to the charakters of the story what was more obvious to us all along, which is that Kyra even with her survival needs met is not realy happy. I realy liked this chapter for the charakters and pushing along what feels to be the greater plot since the timeskip. Looking forward to next week!

PS: I noticed when I opened the page it now has a certificate! I don’t know when that changed but it did and I noticed. Even tough this page in particular does not for some reason. And in general it seems inconsistent? Not sure. Also, the button that makes you go to the last page of the comic seems to be broken for me at times, not loading images and all. Just wanting to let you know.

People will often hold onto Kyra’s tail just to be kept from being hit by it. And yeah, hopefully in all the confusion everyone forgot that oh yeah – this was supposed to be about nutrition.

I need to look into the certification more. My webhost has them by default or something but I haven’t quite figured it out yet. Will keep looking into it when I can. Haven’t run into the problem of it not showing pages though. Hopefully it’s not falling apart TOO fast.

I love those little details. :P

Just commenting mostly to mention the page loading issue. It is because the page is loading many of your images as http not https (just by looking at the page source).

If the page itself is loaded via https the browser will usually block all the http images (due to security) and so things don’t load. If the page is http (and thus insecure) then the browser doesn’t care whether or not the images are http or https and loads the images just fine.

Easiest fix is to make sure that all your HTML and whatnot is specifying https when loading resources. If it is a lot of work to change that on all your pages then you can probably just force an https redirect via an htaccess file so the site does it automatically.

Anyway, hope you get it sorted. I’m a long time albeit mostly silent fan.

Hmm hmm yes yes interesting! If only I knew what any of that meant haha. My limit to web design was installing wordpress and the webcomic plugin. I’ll probably have to make some big changes someday as stuff gets outdated and all these comic archives keep getting larger.

I don’t think Kyra takes very well to the idea of being “owned” by anyone. Heck, I bet most people in the facility don’t think of her as being owned. She’s some unholy combination of a minor and an endangered species that needs to be protected from the lunatics out there. Case in point….
