I’ve been listening to stuff like The Music Man and looking at classic tap dancing movies and making this crazy comic. Now that this page is done all I can hear is the song “Damn Good Times” by They Might Be Giants. But I think about it a lot around Kyra because, as we’ve now learned, she’s really is a natural dancer.
Also because I know you want it and I don’t have time for much else at the moment, here’s this page in a much higher resolution. Yes, it is something I can do. See you next week for who knows what will happen next!

Reminds me of Calvin and Hobbes dancing, very cool! Also, I’m impressed her sweatshirt doesn’t hamper her spines that much (or maybe it does and she’s just that good anyway).
Oh my gosh she’s adorable. I’d be surprised if she hasn’t immediately won them over.
Also this has to be a record in amount of Kyras on one Comic page. You spoil us!
Wait wait wait. You can give us the images in that resolution?! Is it significatly harder to make them that reso or why is this a thing you needed extra time for? That is so awesome. All the small funny text at pages I would love to read but can’t because it is soo smol.
I would love seeing the pages in that reso all the time! But if it is not easily doable I understand. Love your work and that is a lot of Kyra, must have taken a long time either way.
The comics posted to read are actually at 25% size of what they’re drawn. Even that extra large size is only at 50%. I draw big. I post them at this size because it seems perfect for reading, at least it is on my phone and PC. I’m sure there’s a way to post them in a larger size but initially show up smaller like here, but I have no clue how that would work.
But if there’s such interest in larger pages it’s something I can think about!
My wish came true – Kyra tap dancing (or tlak dancing). Those big claws.
So many cool dance moves; you’ve really outdone yourself. And pretty awesome that you researched them in classic movies.
“Daces”
(dropped an “n” there)
Waterson would be proud
In a cape and a hat, she’s a natural dancer.
Also – back spines? Let her read movements? I can barely imagine how that works.
She brings it up every once in a while. It’s some sort of unique sense that gives her a heads up on how somebody’s muscles or moving or something. I also can barely imagine how that works hoy hoy XD
