Oh great. Now not only did Kyra get through but you probably gave her another ego boost. You’re going to need way more than that to stop her. I’ll be on a vacation of some sort next week so the next update might be light. Hey, that’ll be next year’s first update wow! I was wondering the same thing. It certainly would explain why the defenses are so wacky. Maybe EON is the “thing” Kyra is looking for?
I think the “thing” Kyra is looking for is simply proving she stays in the compound because she wants to, not because they have her locked up
Maybe they should have tried multicolored strobe lights to punish her keen eyes, or a mix of complex scents to overwhelm her sensitive snoot. Not just “Here’s a bright, and some stink.” Humans can adapt to steady, unfavorable sensory conditions, so there’s no reason to think Kyra couldn’t too.
Maybe they should have tried to overwhelm her static spine sense. Have a large amount electricity running up and down the corridor on a tesla coil or something. I dunno, I’m not an engineer.
