Meeting a stalking hoodie Kyra might be scary because it’s not like the cover of the hoodie actually hides her, just that it implies she ain’t playing with whatever she’s doing.

Current theory: Anne is taking night art classes and is ashamed to admit she needs them.
Hmm my first thought was she’s working in a restaurant/bar.
My thought mostly comes from the fact that this building looks like something I’d expect to see on a college campus.
Also all those windows have their shades pulled. I don’t think a bar would do that unless it was past closing hours. You’d WANT people to be able to see inside, so you can see people mingling and enjoying themselves; it’s free advertising. Unless this were a strip-club situation, but in that case I wouldn’t think they would have windows at all.
I’m also leaning towards restaurant/bar. “A lot of people running around or not.” “Groups of them.” “They’re all tired, angry, hungry.” No need for violence though, people.
Goodness Kyra, burning the place down seems a bit drastic!
