You would have to convince her that letting Kyra go is for the good of her job. That’s all she cares about.
Ehhhhh…. I got the sense in the earlier strips we’ve seen Eon in that she does genuinely care for Kyra. It’s just a twisted and selfish love.
I can totally get how you reached that. Eon does genuinely care for Kyra, though I believe the affections, as twisted as they are, arised from her duty.

Perhaps I’m not looking at the whole picture… It is her job, but perhaps she also believes that nobody deserves to know about Kyra like she does.
