all machines, when it boils down to it, are really simple things that have “one job”. Given that Eon only has 3 hammers and everything looks like 3 types of nails, you can see just how simple of a machine she really was
Holy crap, 2011!? You’ve been planning this for a while.
Well, the comic started in 2009 and I had most of the major plot points figured out – who Kyra was, what Eon was, the true Bill and Gus – so I can put hints and stuff in early on. That’s why stuff like Wild Stray, the three dogs, the crow & Butterscotch, and Kyra’s feathers are hinted at. It’s the fun things you can do when you plan ahead!
Alternatively there’s the Venture Bros option where you put in something cryptic yet vague. Then you can think up something cool later!
