That “real” dragon is going to be interesting. I can already see Kyra’s confusion/laughter at the situation.
As for the rest, gotta agree with Stoar. That’s all on our own heads.
I don’t think Kyra will be confused, per se. She can tell they’re actually a human from smell alone.
If anything she’d probably react like when Ann went dinosaur and decide they’re smarter for choosing her way of life.
I meant more along the lines of “Why are you saying you’re not human, you’re obviously human. You don’t make any sense.”
Oh man so many possibilities for future plotlines and arcs! Nice riff in Alex Jones and Paul Walker – like politician and zealot aka cosplayer :3
And there’s Professor Yong… A possible new antigontist? I’m not liking what he’s doing with that syringe… What IS he doing this whole time?
And MVP award goes to General Stoar! His action plan has enabled essential people to save the day and possess shrewd perspective on state of humanity toward others, especially to those non-human individuals.
Can’t wait for the final pages of this chapter and arc!
So they really were costumes all along? I was surprised you’d added mythical characters back in that arc. Was this the idea all along or did you improv? (Who am I kidding, of course you planned it. XD)
It was originally a throwaway joke at Paul’s expense, but I also had a story idea where they came back thinking Kyra was their dragon goddess or something like we see here. I never got around to it as I didn’t want it to be a repeat of the crazy people in the pet store story only with D&D stuff. Eventually I figured if it happened it would be better if it did past THIS point in the comic so we’ll see what happens!
Don’t forget swarms of reporters, people who want to get famous, and people seeking to market her.
Predicting now a storyline where some company tries to make her into their mascot.
Man I really want to see the National Mall filled with Kyras now
“What do we want? Dinosaur vote! Why do we want it? Dunno cuz it’d be kinda cool”
Shouldn’t that be “profitable misinformers”?
That guy in the lower left looks like someone who would be concerned about the relationship preferences of amphibians.
Oh gosh PLEASE tell me the upcoming Yong arc has a B-plot with Paul freaking out over a spider bite
