If there’s no one else waiting for the post office counter, why wouldn’t you be entertained by a customer providing an impromptu puppet show for you? You can’t waste time that’s already being wasted by your job.
I dunno, seems like when you reach the point where the guy behind the counter is yelling at you, you should probably stop pushing him and just complete your transaction normally.
Ann was too busy, that’s why she sent her staff to finish it up for her. I suppose they could have sent her a memo telling her that they were having trouble and would have to swing on by from the office.
