Just as I thought, I would only get one page finished this week. Luckily I’ve gotten some work into the next page done already so I guess I’m already ahead on the next update! Actually it looks like the next two weeks should be solid on updates so good times there.
Looking at this page some more it’s starting to make me upset! I really like the character designs at this point (Kyra being six and Ann thirteen) and yet it’s for only one page. Alas, it’s not the Ann and Kyra comic as all the other characters I enjoy as well. Plus the time period the present day comic takes place has all the big stories. Luckily there are important things that could happen at this time so I’m sure we’ll come back to it in a different flashback. After all, Kyra is still small enough to squeeze into a backpack!

Aww the boys are in looove with Ann! She should just stick to Kyra’s excellent critiques. Too many distractions for everyone else.
What grade do you read The Little Prince in? Sounds like that first chapter might be useful to her
Always hard to find constructive critcism. Even more so on such a joung age.
The design of these two certainly is great at this time, and the trouble they could run into is endless. I am looking forward to the michievous adventures they inevitably ran into!
Can someone make my job creating comics? Then I’ll have time for even more and can make a young Ann & Kyra spin off. And more comics … and new comics … and happiness!

I do need to stop being a coward about that. But to be fair, Patreon not a “make enough to have this be your job” kind of place. Only the biggest huge popular comics can do that there. It would just be a tiny but wonderful “thank you” thing for a site this small.
