Luna totally surprised me by following along after Kyra instead of hiding under her bed. She really is a smart and tough cake . . . er . . . cookie.
If I understood one thing during these pages, than it is that Kyra will do her best to be frienly both in words and in behavior around Luna. Is it by choice or was a certain bee charackter quite dominant about these things? hmmm.
And I love fierce Kyra. We do nto see it as often, but it sure shows a side of her I both like and am wary of.
Then there is the periodic glow in her eyes in some panels which is missing in others.Is it a change in light which makes the reflecton disaper? probably. But then I wonder how some scene have light while they are completly dark in others.

Luna and Kyra are another unique character interaction. She’s so protective of the innocent little human.
Kyra’s eye “glow” thing is mostly artistic stuff. She’s always done it in a way to let the reader know that she can see at night. Plus it makes her spooky! Why it’s not showing up in every panel is just how it looks. I’ve been doing a lot of color experimentation and sometimes the bright yellow eyes mess with the rest of the colors. Or not. It’s a learning experience heh
