Almost done with this silly little adventure which seems to be a bit open as how DOES something like this end?  Just another adventure in Kyra’s long list of things that has happened and stuff of that nature.

Hey, speaking of many Kyra adventures, the very first chapter was uploaded on September 3rd 2009 making tomorrow the ten year anniversary of this crazy comic.  It honestly doesn’t even feel like it’s been that long for me, the whole thing almost seems short although it is certainly not!  We’re nearing the thousandth color page after all.  Gosh, I probably should have prepared a speech or something but “hitting a ten year birthday” isn’t something you think about when you start.  It’s more of “I’m going to make this awesome thing no matter how long it takes me!”  Maybe my other comic Phil Likes Tacos being over 17 years old takes some of the bang out of the thunder, heh.  Either way I’m glad we’ve all been enjoying a decade of Kyra together because I love this character.  Seriously, knowing the rest of you continue to read this comics always helps me through the difficult times when making it.  And there is so much more to be made as we’re only getting started in this second story arc of Kyra’s life.  Thank you for joining me in my outrageous comic adventure and to the next ten years of it.

I plan on continuing to upload thoughts and interesting things for the rest of them month as long as I continue to think of them.  For today, why not enjoy some pictures of a real life baby Kyra attempting to help me draw her adventures.  What, you didn’t think I could do that, could you?  Oh yes, I have that power.  See you next week!

Cousin Jay-Joe’s going to spinkick his way out of the paddy wagon the moment the dizziness wears off and he gets his bearings again, isn’t he.

Doesn’t seem to be much room for spinning in that car. Maybe we’ll be safe as long as he isn’t activated by the grand pee-pah. But at the moment that old man is getting carried away … after getting carried away haw haw! Maybe someday the police will realize they can take the costume off.

Duh. Just for a second I thought, “Why are they trying to stuff a cow into that car – oh, it’s Jay-Joe!” Ha! And grumpy Grampee paw is just picked up and toted away.
What a heart warming story this turned out to be with John-Jim and his sweet lovable cows.
Such cute pics of RL Kyra, especially with pen in her hands and atop the kitty cat perch. Happy happy 10th anniversary! Punch for all and here’s to another 10 years (at least)!

Happy 10 Year Aniversary!

And wow that last panel is so fittingly wholesome.
Cows sure are awesome animals. I was told they develope deep friendships and even have a best friend!
And it is easy to tell which human is theirs.

Also, irl Kyra seems to be a little smaller than I would expect. I doubt she is any less Kyra due to that, of course ( As can be seen in those panels)

And what do we have there? A cat! I wonder if thats where the Idea for Stray came from.

Looking forward to your 20 Year Aniversary!
Have a great day.

Congratulations on 10 years!

Im not sure when i discovered this comic, but its been a trip seeing both Kyra and your artstyle grow and develop!
Thanks so much for you great efforts and creativity!

That tailslam on the previous page was awesome btw! Want to see Kyra let loose more.

Congratulations on the 10 year anniversary!

Thanks for all of the effort that goes into making this great comic. I’m a long-time reader, and I always look forward to your weekly updates.

I can’t wait to see where this new story goes.
